Cancellation Policy

At J3 Therapy, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. When an appointment is booked, that time is no longer available to other clients. We kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy to help us provide the best possible service to everyone.

Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 100% of the treatment fee.

Missed Appointments

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the full appointment fee may be charged.

Repeated missed appointments may result in future bookings requiring payment in advance or being declined.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced so that subsequent appointments are not affected. The full appointment fee will still apply.

For mobile appointments, if we are unable to gain access to the property at the agreed appointment time and are unable to contact you, this may be treated as a missed appointment.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel due to illness, an emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation charges will be considered fairly and at our discretion.

Cancellations by J3 Therapy

On rare occasions, J3 Therapy may need to cancel or rearrange an appointment due to illness, severe weather, vehicle issues or other circumstances beyond our control.

If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment at the earliest available opportunity. Any payments made in advance will be refunded if a suitable alternative cannot be arranged.

Payment

Where a cancellation fee applies, payment must be made before any future appointments are booked.

By booking an appointment with J3 Therapy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
