Please book a 60-minute appointment for your first visit. This includes a full consultation, assessment and treatment. This allows plenty of time to discuss your symptoms, medical history and goals, so your treatment can be tailored to your individual needs.
Sports Massage
60 Minutes – £55
Perfect for treating one or two problem areas, relieving muscle tension and supporting recovery.
90 Minutes – £75
Ideal if you have multiple areas of tension or would like a more comprehensive treatment.
45 Minutes – £45
5 for one specific area of tension or a follow-up treatment.
Deep Tissue Massage
60 Minutes – £55
Designed to relieve muscular tension, stiffness and everyday aches caused by work, exercise or poor posture.
90 Minutes – £75
Ideal for those wanting additional treatment time or multiple areas worked on.
45 Minutes – £45
Available for existing clients requiring focused treatment.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
60 Minutes – £55
A gentle, relaxing treatment designed to support the lymphatic system and encourage your body’s natural drainage processes.
Treatment Packages

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge. Same-day cancellations and non-attendance may incur the full appointment fee.
I understand that genuine emergencies can happen and these will always be considered at my discretion.
Payment
Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or card following your appointment.
