About Me
Hi, I’m Julie a qualified VTCT Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist with an additional qualification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), providing mobile treatments across Norwich and Norfolk.
Before launching J3 Therapy, I spent nine years working with Sportsinjuryclinic.net, one of the world’s leading sports injury websites. During that time, my interest in injury, rehabilitation and recovery continued to grow, inspiring me to retrain as a sports massage therapist so I could work directly with people and make a real difference to their lives.
My background also includes athletics coaching. Spending time around coaches and athletes gave me a real appreciation of the physical demands that training and competition place on the body, and the importance of recovery, injury prevention and staying active so you can continue doing the things you enjoy.
Helping people is the reason I do what I do. Whether someone is recovering from an injury, struggling with persistent aches and pains or simply wants to feel more comfortable in their day-to-day life, I love seeing the difference the right treatment can make. Knowing someone leaves feeling better than when they arrived is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
No two people are the same, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every appointment starts with taking the time to understand what’s going on before tailoring your treatment to your individual needs. Whether you’re an athlete, spend your day at a desk or simply feel the effects of everyday life, you’ll receive the same level of care, attention and commitment to helping you feel your best.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, living with muscle tension, or simply looking to move more freely, I’m here to help.
