All treatments are carried out in the comfort of your own home throughout Norwich and the surrounding areas. Travel and all equipment are included within my standard service area.

J3 Therapy currently offers treatments for ladies. Male clients may be accepted by referral from an existing client or personal recommendation. Please get in touch before booking.

60 Minute Initial Appointment – £60

Your first appointment includes a consultation, assessment and treatment, giving us plenty of time to understand your symptoms, discuss your goals, and tailor your treatment to your individual needs.

Sports Massage

60 Minutes – £60

Perfect for treating one or two problem areas, relieving muscle tension and supporting recovery.

90 Minutes – £85

Ideal if you have multiple areas of tension or would like a more comprehensive treatment.

45 Minutes – £50

Available for existing clients requiring focused treatment on a specific area.

Deep Tissue Massage

60 Minutes – £60

Designed to relieve muscular tension, stiffness and everyday aches caused by work, exercise or poor posture.

90 Minutes – £85

Ideal for those wanting additional treatment time or multiple areas worked on.

45 Minutes – £50

Available for existing clients requiring focused treatment.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

60 Minutes – £50

A gentle, relaxing treatment designed to support the lymphatic system and encourage your body’s natural drainage processes.

Treatment Packages

Manual Lymphatic Drainage often provides the greatest benefit when carried out as a course of treatments.

3 Treatments – £135 (Save £15)

6 Treatments – £255 (Save £45)

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged the full treatment fee.

I understand that genuine emergencies can happen, and these will always be considered at my discretion.

Payment

Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or card following your appointment.
